Service Description

Fall Pitching Class Age's 13-18 ( Designed for the MS/HS player looking to continue Development ) The RIBI Staff will go over most fundamental skills, reinforcing the foundation of these skills. We will put a strong emphasis on balance, throwing and finishing techniques. We also teach different pitch types, 4 Seam FB, 2S Fast Ball, Curve Ball and especially Changeups. Pitching from the Stretch, Holding Runners and Pick-Off's will be implemented as well! End of Session Conditioning, Mobility & Stretching Included!
